Gettin’ Healthy in Gig Harbor
The holidays can be a tough time to try to get healthy, but fortunately Gig Harbor has some great wellness options. I’ve been re-starting my YMCA routine recently, and throwing basketball back into the mix. I love playing, but I’m realizing that being older and heavier makes it quite a bit harder. There’s a big difference between a 150lb 18 year old and a…not 150lb nearly 35 year old. As much fun as basketball is, it makes me pretty sore.
That’s where Gig Harbor Chiropractic and Massage comes in. I went in the other day after having played the night before and Dr. Greg fixed me right up. I love being in a community like Gig Harbor where the lifestyle is geared towards staying healthy. Now if I could just kick my chocolate habit…
