Wow.. great homes for what appears to be extraordinary pricing. A nearly 3k sq. ft. house on a 5 acre lot for only $342k.. I wish pricing was like that here in the Phoenix-metro area.

Definately some great deals. Pricing continues to surprise me here, and I think we’ve still got a little ways to drop.
