Gig Harbor Crime Summit

One of the reasons that I love Gig Harbor so much is our relatively low crime rate.  All in all, this is still a safe place to live.  Some people attribute that to the fact that Gig Harbor is a fairly affluent community, but I disagree.  I think it has a lot more to do with the proactive approach our community officials take.  I’ve posted several items on this blog in which GHPD officer Lynn Mock has hosted community awareness events.  The Gig Harbor crime summit is another such event.
