		<description>I think you're right in saying people are hesitant to get out and look at homes to purchase. But, historically real estate has always been a worthwhile investment. It's no different today. Although buyers may not be able to make a quick buck with instant equity, real estate will still pay off in the long run. Stocks, on the other hand, don't seem to fare as well these days!</description>
