Fall is in Gig Harbor

Posted by Matt Thomson

It’s been nearly 1 year since GigHarborUndressed was born.  I’m just now having my first real bout with blogger’s block.  Our weather has clearly changed to fall, and fall is a gorgeous season in Gig Harbor.  Here’s one of my favorite fall shots taken from the United Methodist Church on Pioneer St in downtown Gig Harbor.  I’d love to feature some of your favorite fall photos from around the Gig Harbor and Fox Island areas.  Just email them to me at mthomson@kw.com with instructions of how you’d like them credited.

Fall leaves

The first two are from John Pleau and the next is from Alison E.  I love how blue the sky is as just the first few leaves are changing!  Keep sending me photos if you’ve got ‘em!

Great photos, Matt (and hopefully the pun isn’t too painful!). I’ve faced writer’s block many times myself and the only advice I can offer is to push though it. One thing some bloggers do, but I haven’t had the discipline for, is to write extra posts when the juices are flowing and save them for a rainy day.

I tried stock piling blogs once. It felt odd to me, and I never ended up publishing most of them. It did come in handy when I took a little vacation, but other than that one time I haven’t been able to pull it off.
