I seem to recall a few earthquakes too, including the 1965 quake with an epicenter near Gig Harbor. Buying a new home is very serious decision in man's life and influences him for a long time. If we want to make long term relation with client, we have to help him to find a Home, not just to sell a house. It is profitable also for realtor.
