The newer developments that seem to be ignoring what Gig Harbor is all about are really struggling to sell, so new construction values are dipping, but resale homes have great value that I can't imagine they'll ever lose. I've owned rental properties over the years and am a firm believer of pricing them right to get a quick sell...
