Real Estate is still thriving in the Puget Sound

Posted by Matt Thomson

I’m glad to hear a few of you at least noticed I had been gone for a while!  Yes, it was largely due to being busy with real estate.  The media keeps telling me real estate is dead.  This past week we received and accepted an offer on one of my listings, we presented an offer and had it accepted for a great house in a great Gig Harbor neighborhood, and I put a listing up in North Tacoma.  It’s not just me, either.  Our entire Keller Williams Gig Harbor office seems to be doing great.

If you know of anybody looking for a great home in North Tacoma, please send them this info.  This is a large (2400 sq. ft) home that kept the character of North Tacoma while adding all of the modern conveniences and luxuries.
