I snapped this picture the day after Christmas.  Beautiful sunshine soaked the Harbor, and this guy was lucky enough to be out and enjoy the day.

    Temps in the high 30’s/low 40’s…the right clothing, the movement, and the sunshine would make it really nice.

    We saw this person too…the water was awesome(flat calm) but we figured the water temp (high 40’s?) would be warmer than the air temp.
