Even here in Gig Harbor, home foreclosures are taking place.  It’s not very common when compared with other areas of the country, but some home owners are still falling victim to foreclosures.

The St. Paul Real Estate blogger alerted me to this very short but very informative video that may help you avoid foreclosure scams.
