I haven't been there yet, but was amazed, when watching the news coverage, to see that folks lined up for blocks for its grand opening!! Your new Uptown Center and nearby residents should prepare for some traffic jams if the Cheesecake Factory does, indeed, open there! The first Cheesecake Factory in Utah opened in Salt Lake City about a month ago. It's a world away from Puyallup for such a short drive. We're getting a lot of people complaining about the construction here, but all it takes for me is a quick trip down Meridian or Canyon to want to come back home!
